HOLIDAY CIRCUS BRINGS ICONIC CLOWN “GRANDMA” HOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS TO BROOKLYN’S MASTER THEATER FOR A SPECIAL CIRCUS SPECTACULAR!

TICKETS ON SALE NOW FOR LIMITED ENGAGEMENT FROM DECEMBER 20 – 29

Brooklyn, New York (November 3, 2013) – The Master Theater (formerly the Millennium Theater) in Brighton Beach, Brooklyn is proud to present the third annual Holiday Circus. This year’s edition will feature a very special guest star making “her” return to New York for a limited engagement. Offering holiday fun for the entire family, Holiday Circus runs from December 20 – 29. Tickets are on sale now!

In what is becoming a Brooklyn holiday tradition, Holiday Circus brings together an array of amazing circus artists, astounding magic and illusions, and even Santa himself in an all-new dynamic production at the recently renovated Master Theater.

Bringing “her” hilarious antics for the first time to Holiday Circus is the mischievous, but loveable clown, “Grandma,” as portrayed by the accomplished performer Mark Gindick. Among his many illustrious credits, Gindick is a veteran of Big Apple Circus, where he was the lead performer for five seasons and performed the role of “Grandma” in select markets. He also toured the country with Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey, and is a graduate of their famed Clown College.

Joining “Grandma” is an incredible roster of top tier talent. Ruslan Dmytruk will defy both gravity and your imagination with a unique display of juggling, acrobatics, and dance. World-class illusionist Brad Ross, who was named “Best International Family Entertainer” by the International Magic Society, is ready to amaze audiences. Irina Markova with her delightful dog act, and Mayya Panfilova and her captivating cats, will dazzle audiences with their presentations of furry finesse. And of course no circus would be complete without clowns! This year’s merrymakers of mirth include Alex Barney, Larena Rose, Leo Desilets, and Amanda.

Holiday Circus is produced by RuConcert and Joe Barney of Center Ring Productions, in association with the Master Theater.

The recently renovated and rebranded 1,400 seat Master Theater offers comfortable seating with excellent acoustics and sight lines along with premium audio and visual systems. The theater sits right in the heart of the vibrant Brighton Beach community and is easily accessible by subway and other forms of transit.
